krell – who?

sueMusic is my passion; I want to help develope longlasting careers for performing artists. Becoming knowledgable in social media, entrepreneurship, strategic planning and artist management is what I pursue. The goal is to establish a boutique consulting buero. Now this might sound strange but I don’t know where this still vague idea is going to take me but I’m full of energy and passion for it and I will push to provide value along the way.

Besides that I want to offer my experience to whoever might need it. Don’t hesitate to use me as a resource.. ask me about touring in Europe, booking artists in general, how to start up a business in the US or Germany, productivity tools for freelancers and whatever else comes in mind. I like to help. Talk to me!

NUTSHELLS

very 1st stop – 16yrs old – PR AGENCY

Did press clippings and random office administration for a really horrible boss. Grew a very thick skin and learned how motivate myself without outside approval.

1st Stop – 19yrs old – ADVERTISING AGENCY

Had a great boss who let me hold presentations and manage projects for Blue Chip clients like Sony and Siemens right from the start. I picked up confidence.

2nd Stop – 23yrs old – STRATEGIC PLANNING

Interned at one of the leading Planning Agency’s at the time. Worked with great minds and learned how to get to the bottom of things.

3rd Stop – 25yrs old – MUSIC INDUSTRY/ TALENT AGENT

Again, I interned because I was determined to become an influencer in the HipHop world. I started in event planning for a big festival and local night clubs, then moved on to become a talent agent. I got to look behind the scenes and meet some impressive people, even got to travel the world a bit. I have plenty of stories from the road :)

31/2 Stop – 26yrs old – COMING TO AMERICA – Still in the industry

The big move to NYC. I took my job with me and started up the US office of the talent agency I was working for and still work with now.

4th Stop – 29yrs old – REMIX

2009 is the year of change and I’m branching off. Even though the economy is bad, I’m very optimistic. I feel like anything is possible right now. These shambles are ground for innovation, especially in the music industry. It’s just a matter of courage & some luck.
